Early Access Participation Terms

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Early Access Postcard Exchange is completely voluntary.
You may withdraw at any time by contacting us at hello.ink.alchemist@gmail.com

2. Purpose of the Program

This Early Access exchange is a small-scale creative experiment designed to test whether people enjoy a postcard-writing and receiving experience. It is not a final or commercial product.

3. What You Agree To Do

By joining, you agree to:

• receive a Postcard Kit from us

• write a postcard using the materials provided

• return the postcard to us using the included return envelope

• keep all communication respectful and appropriate

You are not required to write anything personal or emotional.
You choose what you want to share.

4. What We Do

We will:

• send you a Postcard Kit

• receive your returned postcard

• forward it to another participant

• send you a postcard from another participant

• protect your privacy and address

• manage all postage and forwarding

We will not share your address with other participants.

5. No Guarantees

Because this is an early-stage test, we cannot guarantee:

• postal delivery times

• that all postcards arrive without damage

• that every participant returns their postcard

• that you will receive a postcard if your assigned partner drops out

• that participants will respond to every detail you choose to write

We will do our best to match and rematch participants if necessary, but delays may occur.

6. Acceptable Content

Participants must keep their writing:

• respectful

• non-threatening

• non-discriminatory

• free of hate speech, harassment, or explicit content

If a participant violates this rule, they will be removed from the program.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data (name, address, email) is used only to run this exchange.
Your address will never be shared with other participants.

Only the optional personal details you choose to share will be included with the postcard you write.

8. Withdrawal

You may withdraw at any time for any reason.
If you withdraw before returning your postcard, you may not receive one in return.

We will delete your data upon withdrawal.

9. Temporary Nature of This Program

These Participation Terms apply only to this early-stage experiment.
The program may change, end, or evolve after 31 January 2026.
If we continue the project beyond this date, new terms will be provided.
